I had Chris the sales man and Adam the finance guy. They were both awesome and personable. They did what they could to make this a smooth process. They were patient. This was the best buying experience ever. The car itself fits just my style and Chris showed me the features test driving it, and he helped get it all set up after I purchased the vehicle. They listened to my concerns, and helped ease my anxiety. Their customer service made the whole purchase that much better. I went to other dealers, but this experience, was flawless! The easiest car buying/leasing experience I’ve ever had. Very professional staff and great facility. Danny from Sales went out of his way and waited for us after normal business hours when we couldn’t get there on time. Michael was also very helpful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
Working with Ramsey Volvo was a great experience. Jasmine, Brad, and Ash were wonderful to work with. We live a few hours away and they answered all of our questions, sent us additional photos upon request, and had everything in order when we showed up. Jasmine was able to get us to where we wanted to be with the final costs prior to coming.
We went to our local Volvo Dealership in our state and they could not match the deal Ramsey gave us. We will be back to Ramsey for our next Volvo because they made this so easy and painless.

I was looking to trade my car in and had been toying between a few models, so I decided to go in and check them out in person. John helped me to find exactly what I wanted and guided me through the process with ease. By a stroke of luck they were actually able to locate the exact car I was looking for brand new with everything I had wanted within a week of placing my order. So amazing!
